Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery: 1–3 business days.
Flat rate shipping: £5 per order (no matter the size or weight).
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
