About this stack

Frazer represents what real long term self improvement looks like.

He has been training for 18 years, originally starting from a place of low confidence and poor self esteem. Training quickly became more than just physical progress. It became structure, discipline, and a way to take control of his life.

Today, Frazer is preparing for the 2026 RiseUp Photoshoot while running a successful six figure business. His journey from a life of crime, drugs, and prison to where he is now is something he is incredibly proud of, and rightly so.
