About this stack

Kate is exactly the type of athlete we built SC for.

She has trained her whole life, starting as a competitive dancer before moving into weight training in her early twenties. What started as a fat loss goal quickly turned into a long term commitment to building her physique and pushing performance.

In 2025, Kate won the PCA German Championships, took Overall Figure Athlete of the Day, and earned her Pro Card. Since then, the focus has been on improvement phases, building quality muscle, and staying healthy enough to keep progressing year after year.

This stack reflects that mindset. Nothing is in here for hype. Everything is in here because it supports training, recovery, digestion, or daily performance.

Why this stack works

Kate is big on the fundamentals. Digestion, hydration, and consistent performance all year round, not just when prep starts.

Good digestion means better nutrient use.
Good hydration means better training output.
Simple, proven nutrition like Cream of Rice keeps food consistent and easy to scale depending on phase.

This is a stack built for people who train hard and want to keep doing it for years.

Athlete Highlights

PCA German Championships Winner
Overall Figure Athlete of the Day

Kate’s Advice

Have a plan. Plan your training and plan your food.

Do not get pulled into social media noise. Most of it is built for engagement, not results. Consistency and structure will always win.

Why we share these stacks

Choosing supplements can be overwhelming. The SC Stack Series exists to give customers direction, not prescriptions — showing how real people structure their supplement use around real training.

You don’t need to copy this stack exactly, but seeing how it’s put together makes smarter choices easier.
