About this stack

About this stack

Jake started with one simple goal: to be fit enough to chase after his son, when he started walking.

At his heaviest, he weighed over 127kg. After losing 47.7kg, what began as a weight loss journey quickly grew into a passion for bodybuilding.

Outside the gym, Jake is the resident IT wizard behind SupplementContainer. What started as a one-off job soon became a passion project. As the business has grown, so has his involvement, and the people he first met through SC have become genuine friends and supporters.

Today, Jake is in a dedicated growth phase, focused on building quality muscle while keeping his health a priority, with the long-term goal of stepping on stage.

Why this stack works

Jake's approach is simple: cover the basics and stay consistent.

His stack is built around supporting health first, with performance and recovery following closely behind. Daily health support, hydration, recovery and sleep are the foundations, allowing him to get the most out of every training session while staying healthy during a long improvement phase.

Rather than chasing the latest supplements, Jake focuses on products that help him train consistently, recover properly and support his health year-round.

Current Focus

Currently in a growth phase, with the goal of building as much quality muscle as possible while staying healthy.

The long-term goal is to step on stage, but there's no rush. The focus is on taking the time to build the best physique possible before competing.

Jake's Advice

"My biggest motivation is my son. I want him to grow up knowing that if you want something, you work for it.

People massively overestimate what they can achieve in 12 weeks, but underestimate what they can achieve in 12 months of consistency.

Just start. Keep showing up, and let time do the rest."

Why we share these stacks

Choosing supplements can be overwhelming. The SC Stack Series exists to give customers direction, not prescriptions—showing how real people structure their supplement use around real training.

You don't need to copy this stack exactly, but seeing how it's put together can help you make smarter choices and build a routine that works for your own goals.
